We are Father’s Coffee Roastery, a specialty coffee roastery founded in 2018 in Ostrava. A family business that is no longer just made up of mom, dad, and children, but also a whole team of people united not only by a love for coffee but also by shared values.
In addition to quality and freshness, we are also interested in the story behind each coffee. We value nature and every person who has touched the coffee bean before it reaches our roastery. We collaborate with farmers and producers who share our values. We strive to build long-term relationships with them, which fosters mutual trust and security, and allows us greater control over the entire process—from harvest and processing to export, where we partner with Falcon Coffees.
Since 2023, we have been involved in several projects that directly support the development of coffee-growing regions. One of these projects is the funding of a professionally equipped QC laboratory in eastern Uganda, in the beautiful area around Mount Elgon. The project benefits not only the producer, Coffee Gardens, but also the farmers in the surrounding region. We see immense value in supporting such initiatives and are open to exploring more.
Sustainable development, transparency, and honest work are values that permeate every aspect of our business—from our relationships with farmers to the care we take with wholesale partners, customers, and our team. And above all, family—serving as the source of all our values and endless inspiration.
