In-house Roastery
Geisha’s unique taste and floral aroma are brought out to the maximum by complete hot air roasting.
Our roasters identify each Geisha’s unique characteristics that differ depending on the terroir and processing based on various data and the experience and evaluate the beans’ daily condition to roast them optimally.
FURUMAI
The world-first “fully automated specialty coffee machine” is planned and developed by our group company.
It allows you to easily extract specialty coffee for each bean’s characteristic, which requires trained technique. We bring out the full potential of Geisha to realize the unique cup quality by FURUMAI.
