The Fleck coffee roasters

It was founded in 2019 by Martin Karabiňoš - Slovak champion in the Barista category 2016 and 2017, world vice-champion in Aeropress 2014.

It represents a light roasting method that we believe best brings out the true potential of the coffee and highlights the work of the farmers in the country, the variety and the processing. In each coffee, we strive for a balance of 3 basic flavors: sweetness, bitterness and acidity.
