Coincidentally, A Lưới is only about 100km from Khe Sanh. While working in the Khe Sanh area, we were unexpectedly told by locals about the coffee plantations in A Lưới. This led us to embark on a survey and assessment of the new growing area, thus beginning our journey to develop coffee cultivation in A Lưới.

Most of the coffee-growing households in A Lưới are ethnic minority groups, facing difficult living conditions and belonging to the poor and near-poor categories. Therefore, in addition to providing technical advice and coffee variety selection, SHIN Coffee collaborated with Foodmap in the "Green Steps" campaign. Specifically, for every product sold, FoodMap and SHIN Coffee will donate 10,000 VND to the program to help provide essential supplies, clothing, and ensure stable learning conditions for children from disadvantaged ethnic minority families, giving them faith in their coffee-growing land.

Thanks to SHIN's tireless efforts, along with the local community and ethnic minorities, A Lưới coffee has now become a beloved "specialty" with its gentle, slightly sour, subtly sweet flavor, a blend of roasted beans, like a "good, quiet, and beautiful" girl who doesn't need fancy makeup but is still captivating.
