Le J' has opted for a low-temperature, soft roasting technique with the Extremely Light roasting profile in order to preserve the delicate floral scent of Gesha. Simultaneously, it develops the subtle sourness of malic acid from the beans, the smooth sweetness of ripe peaches and pink grapefruit, and a delicate and mild coffee experience.
