Alejo is a fifth-generation coffee grower. He enjoys experimenting with different varieties and processes, which has resulted in him being able to offer this excellent natural Caturra microlot produced at his Hacienda Colima farm.

For Alejo Castro, the work done on the farm must be carried out with the utmost care throughout the year to ensure a quality harvest. It all hinges on ensuring the soil is properly nourished and the coffee trees are protected from disease, so that the cherries (fruits) can reach their full potential.

When discussing his processes, Alejo consistently emphasizes that his aim is to naturally bring out the strengths of each coffee, as is the case with this natural Caturra.
