Finca Majahual creates a rare and well chosen Orange Bourbon, in contrast to ordinary Red Bourbon. This variety, which is made solely from Orange Bourbon plants in this lot, is a spontaneous mutation of Red Bourbon and is renowned for its vivid tangerine-like acidity.
The valley's elevation of 1,500 to 1,800 meters above sea level offers milder temperatures and plenty of rainfall, all of which are essential for the coffee cherries' gradual development. The nuanced flavor of the Orange Bourbon is enhanced by this special setting, which makes it the best coffee we get from this farm.
Finca Majahual, which is run by fourth-generation grower Patrick Murray, is a prime example of a company dedicated to social justice and innovation. Thanks to innovative processing methods and charitable endeavors funded by the premiums paid for its lots, the farm is well known for producing great coffee.
