
We have worked directly with David Mancia and offered his coffee since 2008, the year of Coava’s inception. Our relationship with David has always been emblematic of Coava’s commitment to sourcing coffees through long-term, sustainable relationships. After years of continued success, he was able to acquire additional farmland that he then divided between 7 of his children, and the coffees they harvest make up the Familia Mancia offering. We are proud of this multi-generational effort and the promise it shows for future generations of coffee producers.
Look for sweet and dessert-like notes of amaretto, cherry pie, and vanilla wafer.
