Las Perlitas Pink Bourbon

Las Perlitas, or Perlitaska, as we call it in the roastery, is the perfect choice for lovers of juicy, fruity and floral filter coffees. This year we again managed to secure a special lot of the rare Pink Bourbon variety. Hailing from Ethiopia, this variety is known for its delicate floral notes and fresh citrus character, which adds a unique complexity to Perlitasca. They fell in love with Las Perlitas at our roastery so much that it has appeared in our offer every year for 5 years, thanks mainly to the care of Alberto Vaquira, who takes care of the processing and education of small farmers from the village of Santa Maria.
