Nestled between 1,600 and 1,800 metres above sea level, the farms are tended with traditional care hand-pulped, fermented in wooden tanks, and dried slowly on woven petate mats. These time-honoured methods bring purity and balance to every cup, reflecting the dedication of a community deeply rooted in its craft.
