15 years of experience with Rwandan coffee
Mahembe, a small rural community in Rwanda, boasts the ideal natural environment for coffee cultivation due to its vast lake and microclimate. Our spouse had to flee his hometown because of the Rwandan civil war.
Justin recovered from his injuries at Mahembe's Washing Station and returned to his village, where he dedicated himself to making specialty coffee.
Terrarosa was the first foreigner to visit Rwanda 15 years ago, when Rwandan coffee was unknown in the Korean specialty coffee industry. He was impressed by the flavor of Mahembe coffee at the 2010 Rwanda CoE summit and has subsequently introduced Justin's coffee to Korea.
Rwandan Mahembe New Crop coffee, which came this year, has a harmonious taste of refreshing orange juice and the rich sweetness of dates, and it once again exceeds our expectations.
