Starting in 2010

Uncle Son, the farm's founder and owner, has had a coffee plantation since 2005, but because he lacked skills in coffee cultivation, the land was unintentionally maintained virtually naturally. Foreign coffee specialists were taken aback by the quality of the coffee beans on a visit to the farm in the summer of 2010. They then supported and assisted him in realizing the full potential of Vietnamese coffee beans.

After three years of continual learning and experimentation, Uncle Son's 2013 crop marked a watershed moment when he produced high-quality coffee beans that scored more than 80 points on the SCAA (specialty coffee association of America) scale. Since then, Son Pacamara has been formed, and we are delighted to be one of the pioneering firms in Vietnam's specialty coffee market, with quality always being our main concern.

CURRENT

With early results, we feel Vietnamese coffee has immense potential and should be investigated and known more broadly.

Son Pacamara presently not only grows Vietnamese coffee that meets specialty standards, but also bridges the gap between Vietnamese coffee and users by offering a diverse range of products from various regions of Vietnam at accessible costs. Son Pacamara is also proud to share his knowledge and coffee experiences through community outreach programs.

Our goal is to make wonderful Vietnamese coffee more accessible and popular around the world.

All of these things inspire us to keep learning and be willing to share with others. Son Pacamara maintains these ideals throughout their tough and thrilling trip.
