Son Farm grows Mundo Novo, another uncommon coffee varietal that is part of Son's famous micro lot range. This batch of beans is fermented using the anaerobic washing technique and carefully selected yeast to properly exploit the Mundo variety's innate depth of flavor.

Dried fruit and stone fruit smells (such as plum and peach), rich sweetness, and a complex and balanced acid group all contribute to a delicate and distinct experience with each sip.
