White Panthera of Leuser hails from the rugged highlands of Aceh, Indonesia. The dedicated farmers meticulously harvest ripe coffee cherries grown at high altitudes, which results in unique characteristics through a harmonious blend of Abyssinia, Bourbon, and P88 varieties.

This coffee showcases the nuanced flavours of a specialized Honey process. Hand-sorted cherries underwent a precise 120-hour fermentation in vacuum-sealed tanks to create a controlled no-oxygen environment. Following this, the cherries were pulped, and the parchment was carefully dried to preserve the delicate mucilage. Finally, meticulous sun drying continued until the moisture content reached the desired level.

Each sip reveals delicate notes of White Peach, a light sweetness of Sugarcane, and a crisp acidity akin to Green Apple. This intricate blend of flavours creates an unforgettable coffee experience for you.
